  The Revised 2008 Budget Projection reflects the resources needed to fulfill the approved 2008 Statement of Programs, Goals, and Strategies. The revision was accepted by the Board on 14 January 2008.

  A revised Statement of Goals and Strategies for the coming year was adopted by the Board on 14 January, 2008 with the revision of a the 2008 Budget.
