This is the hearing schedule for Phase Two.  It is just a time frame to give us all some guidance, but realize that when one panel ends, we will begin the next one, irrespective of this time frame.  The exception is that the public witness time slot of Friday, February 5 at 9:00 a.m. is solid and will be accommodated even if we have to interrupt a panel or closing statements until finished with that session.
