PURPOSE: Utilizing & synthesizing the ideas generated from the governance planning groups at our retreat, committee will draft the following proposals to be voted on by Allies at Quarterly Meeting:

* 2- Coalition Governance Proposals
* MOU Agreement

WHO:  Any Allies who are eager to get this done.  Charmel and Amy have offered to convene this meeting.
