Coalition members will finalize our strategic planning process during our Quarterly Meeting.  Jacqui Lindsay will serve as Facilitator to help us achieve the goals established by the planning committee. Lunch will be provided to attending members.

* Presentation by Martha Milner about the need for community engagement strategy
* Establish a coalition work plan to execute:  1) community engagement 2) existing campaigns / initiatives.  Make commitments.
* Discuss / Vote on governance proposal after presentation of 2 proposed structures by Charmel Gaulden.
* Discuss / Vote on an MOU proposal after presentation of proposed MOU.
* Presentation by James Crowell about Diversity & Power & Next Steps from the Board of Directors
