Event Details

Realizing that Allies are over-worked, the Retreat Planning Committee has made arrangements to have a relaxed night where we can enjoy each other’s company and get to know one another better. 
We would like to thank our Ally, Captain Louis Skrmetta at Ship Island Excursions, who has generously offered to cruise us around for an evening sunset ride.  Thanks Louis!

RSVP: There is space for 70 people on the boat, so we’ll take RSVP’s for Allies and family guests.  (If response is overwhelming, we’ll have to limit guests the week prior.) Please RSVP by replying to this email with the number you’d like to bring or call Amy @ 917.369.0369.  Please specify if you will NOT be going on the boat cruise.
COOKING & EVENT PREP: Please indicate in your RSVP if you are willing to help with food prep, with set-up or clean-up, etc.  Steps will cover the food costs- we’ll just need some creative cooks and helping hands!
*DRINKS*: Feel free to bring your own wine, beer or bubblie…
CREATIVE THINGS: Because we so rarely spend time like this… feel free to brainstorm creative / comedic activities.
