Howard Page was one of three community activists who was highlighted for their work on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  Howard was honored for his work in Harrison County. This award honors the legacy of the great late Dr . Gilbert R. Mason and wife, Natalie L. Hamlar Mason.  Howard was honored for his passion and leadership to ignite global change, work that honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
