My Story

Dr. Ebony Billups, born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi, is a distinguished researcher with published work on long-term sustainable strategies for financial change management in nonprofits and small businesses. She holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in Leadership, and a Doctorate in Information Systems Management. A longtime mentor within her community, Dr. Billups is committed to empowering the next generation, and currently serves as a Data Analyst for Mississippi Power, where she brings her leadership and analytical expertise to the energy industry.
